Celery & Sour Cream Macaroni

| 8 oz | wholemeal macaroni |
| 2 sticks | celery, chopped |
| 1 oz | margarine |
| 200 ml | sour cream |
| 1 oz | dried breadcrumbs |
| 1 oz | salted peanuts, coarsely chopped |
| 8 | tomatoes, additional |
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the macaroni and celery. Cook for 10 minutes, or until both pasta and celery are just tender. Drain well.
2. Stir in the fat so that it melts, add seasoning, then quickly stir in the cream. Turn into an ovenproof dish and top with the breadcrumbs and nuts.
3. Bake at 400°F/200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
Serve with: Hot grilled tomatoes, and maybe some French bread.
