    250 g  eggplant, cut in half, lenghtwise
    15 ml  olive oil
    1/4 tsp  chili flakes
    1/2 tsp  black pepper
      salt


Cut squares in the half aubergine. Add plenty of salt and let is sit for some time. Add olive oil, black pepper and chili flakes and bake at 165 degrees for 30 minutes.
