Cracker Pie (Pecan Cloud)

3 | egg whites |
1/2 cup | finely chopped pecans |
1 cup | sugar |
20 Ritz Crackers, crushed | |
1 t | baking powder |
1 1/2 t | vanilla |
Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in baking powder, sugar & vanilla. Add crushed crackers & chopped pecans. Stir well. Pour into buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When cooled top with cool whip.
