Ginger-rubbed Prawns with Zingy Mangetout & Broccoli

|6 oz||king prawns|
|½ inch||root ginger|
|3 oz||frozen broccoli|
|2 tsp||sesame oil|
|1 tbsp||chopped fresh coriander|
1. Marinate the prawns in the ginger, chilli and half the lime juice.
2. Blanch the broccoli and mangetout in water for about 4 minutes. Drain and toss in the rest of the lime juice, the lime zest and half the sesame oil.
3. Heat the remaining sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the prawns until they turn pink.
4. Serve with the vegetables, a wedge of lime and the coriander sprinkled over the top.
