2 cups | regular oats, uncooked |
1 (8 oz) | vanilla yogurt |
1 cup | milk |
2 tblsp | brown sugar |
1 (11 oz) can | mandarin oranges, drained |
1 | banana, sliced |
1 | apple, chopped |
1/2 cup | chopped pecans, toasted |
almonds, alternative |
Place oats in rectangular oven pan, bake 375 F 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, cool. Combine with next 3 ingredients stirring well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Stir oranges, bananas and apples into oat mixture. Spoon into serving bowls, sprinkle with pecans. Yield: 4 servings
