Baked Cod with Lemon & Olive Oil

|5 oz||white fish|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 pinch||dried thyme|
|3 oz||frozen broccoli|
|3 oz||green beans|
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) or gas mark 4.
2. Arrange the cod fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle with the lemon juice and oil, and sprinkle with the garlic, thyme, salt, and paprika.
3. Bake until the flesh is completely opaque but still juicy, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with the pan juices spooned over the top.
4. Serve with steamed green beans and broccoli.
