    1 clove  garlic, cut in half
    8   anchovy fillets, cut up or equivalent anchovy paste
    1/3 cup  olive oil
    3 T  lemon juice, fresh
    1 t  Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 t  salt
    1/4 t  dry mustard
      Freshly ground pepper
    10 cups  romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
    1 cup  garlic-flavored croutons
    1/3 cup  Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Rub large wooden salad bowl with cut clove of garlic. Allow a few small pieces of garlic to remain in bowl if desired.
2. Mix anchovies or paste, oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustad and pepper in salad bowl.
3. Add romaine; toss until coated. Sprinkle with croutons and cheese; toss.
