    12 oz  Pasta
    7 oz  Broccoli
    7 oz`  Cauliflower
    8 tablespoons  Butter Light
    7.5 oz  Carrots
    7.5 oz  Green Peas
    2 pounds  tomatoes
    3 oz  Sun dried tomatoes
    4 oz  Garlic
    4 oz  Red Onion
    2 tablespoons  Italian Seasoning
    2 tablespoons  Curry
    4 tablespoons  Oregano
    2 tablespoons  Black Pepper

Boil pasta until tender.

Cook Broccoli until tender

In a large saucepan add butter and minched garlic heat until butter has all melted and reduce heat.
Add in tomatoes cut in large chunks
Add all thawed vegetables.
Add in sun dried tomatoes.
Add Onions cut in small pieces
Addf seasoning
Cover and simmer until eveything has softened string as needed.
Add in cooked pasta and stir
Simmer until all liquid has evaporated.
