1/2 cup | rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons | minced fresh cilantro |

Kosher salt | |
Freshly ground black pepper |
Preparation
Stir together first 6 ingredients, and add salt and pepper to taste. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
