Serve with your favorite crackers!
    1 (10 ounce) package  frozen chopped spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained
    1/2 cup  diced red bell pepper
    1(6.5oz) jar  marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
    1/2 cup  grated Parmesan cheese, (4 oz)
    1 tablespoon  minced garlic
      Salt
      pepper to taste
    1/2 cup  sour cream
    1/4 cup  heavy cream
    2 teaspoons  flour

1- preheat oven to 350 degrees
2- mix together spinach, bell pepper, artichokes, cheese,garlic,and salt and pepper to taste.
Whisk together sour cream,heavy cream, and flour; stir into spinach mixture.spoon into a 1 quart baking dish.
3- bake until bubbly ; about 20-25 minutes.
