    7 oz (about 1 c)  2% plain Greek yogurt
    ½ c  water
    ¼  ripe avocado
    2 Tbsp  ground flaxseed
    1 Tbsp  maple syrup
    ½ tsp  pumpkin pie spice

Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and puree until smooth.
