Scrambled Eggs

2 litres | egg, 1 carton |
10g | sea salt |
1/4 lb | salted butter |
2 1/2 cup | 2 % milk |
Preheat oven 325 degrees F with Convection Fan on.
Lightly spray stainless baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add butter to pan and melt on stove top or in oven.
Add eggs, salt, and milk to pan. Whisk very well.
Return pan to oven and bake until cooked half way, approx. 10 minutes.
Remove pan from oven. Stir and scrape eggs from the sides and bottom of pan using a rubber spatula. DO NOT LET BROWN.
Return to oven and continue cooking until eggs are set, approx. 7 minutes.
