¼ c | milk |
3 oz | smoked salmon, chopped |
¼ c | chives, chopped |
2 oz | crumbled goat cheese |
1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mist 6 muffin cups with cooking spray.
2. WHISK together eggs, milk, and pepper in a medium bowl. Fold in salmon, chives, and cheese.
3. DIVIDE between muffin cups; bake until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Let stand 3 minutes; serve.
