¼ cup | chopped walnuts |
¼ cup | sliced almonds |
¼ cup | chopped pecans |
¼ cup | chopped hazelnuts |
¼ cup | pumpkin seeds |
¼ cup | sunflower seeds |
¼ cup | raisins |
¼ cup | chocolate chips |
1tbls | chia seeds, (raw) |
1tbls | flax seeds, (raw) |
1tbls | quinoa seeds, (raw) |
1tbls | coconut oil |
½ tsp | ground cinnamon |
1½ cup | almond butter, (salted) |
¾ cup | pure honey, pure, raw |
6 mold cups (4oz each)
In a large mixing bowl combine the almond butter, honey, and coconut oil. Incorporate all three very well. Then mix in all remaining ingredients. Stir and mix well, thoroughly. (note: you may have to add more almond butter and/or honey to achieve right consistency. Should form a firm ball of sorts, should be able to scoop off sections with a spoon. Don’t add too much almond butter and/or honey, then product will be too runny. Have to eyeball it.
Spoon the mixture into each of your mold cups. Place mold cups on a tray and then place all in the refrigerator freezer. Let remain for approximately five hours, to allow firming of product. After hardening, remove bars from molding; wrap them in wax paper, then a layer of aluminum foil. Then keep bars refrigerated to keep cool, until use.
