2 cups garbanzos, soaked in water till soft. I often cover with water and boil 5 min and then let set an hour. When I do this recipe. Blend in blender with just enough water to cover along with
    ¼ c  chicken seasoning
    ¼ c  braggs or soy sauce
    ¾ t  garlic powder
    ¾ t  onion powder
    1 t  salt

pour blended mixture into bowl and add 2 cups gluten four. Mix well.

Put mixture onto greased cookie sheet and spread out evenly.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Top and edges will be browned well.

Let cool.

Break into chunks and run through food processor.

Freeze in 2-cup portions for later use.

For sandwiches, mix with mayo, celery and onion.
