6 oz | tomato puree |
6 oz | canned tomato sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoon | tomato paste |
1/2 cup | coconut sugar, (or 1/4 cup light brown sugar + 1/4 cup dark brown sugar) |
1/2 teaspoon | Dry Mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | fine sea salt |
1/4 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon | Ground Clove |
1/4 teaspoon | Allspice |
1/4 teaspoon | hot paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon | onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon | celery seeds |
2 tablespoons | apple cider vinegar |
Filtered Water to achieve the desired consistency
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a day to let the flavors mellow. Keeps well for a month in the fridge.
