1 pound | Haddock filet raw, cut into 4-4 oz pieces (May use Pollack) |
1/2 cup | mayonnaise |
2/3 cup | raw diced onion |
1/2 tsp | paprika |
1/2 cup | fresh shredded Parmesan cheese |
Spray baking dish.
Arrange fish filets in baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise, onion and paprika. Spread over fish.
Bake until fish reaches an internal temp of 135 degrees.
Serves 4
