    1 pound  Haddock filet raw, cut into 4-4 oz pieces (May use Pollack)
    1/2 cup  mayonnaise
    2/3 cup  raw diced onion
    1/2 tsp  paprika
    1/2 cup  fresh shredded Parmesan cheese

Spray baking dish.
Arrange fish filets in baking dish.
Combine mayonnaise, onion and paprika. Spread over fish.
Bake until fish reaches an internal temp of 135 degrees.

Serves 4
