    2 (8 oz.)  salmon fillets
    4 oz.  white wine
    4 oz.  butter
    1  lemon
    4 oz.  muenster cheese, grated
    4 tsp.  dill
    1 tbsp.  Dijon mustard

Place salmon skin side down in a small baking dish or on foil on a grill. Cover with wine, butter and juice from lemon. Spread mustard evenly on top of each fillet and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Cover salmon with cheese and sprinkle with dill. Continue cooking until cheese is melted.
