Prep Time: 15 min Cook Time: 20 min Ingredients 1 box (900 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Ready to Use 25% Less Salt Chicken Broth
    5 large  potatoes, cut into 1" (2.5 cm) pieces
    1/2 cup (125 mL)  light cream
    2 tbsp (30 mL)  butter

Generous dash ground black pepper
Directions
1. Heat broth and potatoes to a boil in a 3 qt (3 L) saucepan over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain, reserving broth.
3. Mash potatoes with 1/4 cup (60 mL) broth, cream, butter and black pepper. Add additional broth, if needed, until desired consistency.
