Flavorful roasted garlic mashed potatoes are hiding under this creamy chicken and vegetable sauce. Ingredients: Chicken Mixture
    1/2 cup (125 mL)  milk
    1 1/2 cups (375 mL)  hot water
    1/2 cup (125 mL)  milk
    2 tbsp (25 mL)  butter
      margarine, alternative
1 pouch Betty Crocker* Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes (from family size box)
    1 can (284 mL/10 FL oz)  condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cups (375 mL)  diced cooked chicken or turkey, (1/2 lb)
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Green Giant* Frozen Cut Broccoli
    1 can (398 mL/14 FL oz)  diced tomatoes, drained

Method:

In 2-quart saucepan, heat 1/2 cup milk and the soup to boiling, stirring frequently. Stir in chicken and broccoli.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Stir in tomatoes.
In another 2-quart saucepan, heat hot water, 1/2 cup milk and the butter to a rapid boil. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 pouch Potatoes and Seasoning just until moistened. Let stand about 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed. Whip with fork until smooth. Serve chicken mixture over potatoes.
