1 1/2 cup | eggnog |
2 tsp | rum extract |
1 cup | su |
1/2 cup | butter softened |
3t tbsp | oil |
2 1/4 cup | flour |
2tsp. | Baking powder |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | nutmeg |
1 pkg | instant vanilla pudding |
Bake 350 for approximately one hour.
Cream sugar and butter and oil. Add eggs one at a time. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Add vanilla and put into greased pan.
