1 cup milk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 large egg

2 cups all purpose flour

2/3 cup sugar

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup blueberries

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine milk, oil, vanilla and egg. Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well until batter is cake-like. Fold in fresh blueberries.

Fill muffin cups (oiled or lined with paper liners) about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown.
