Shred potatoes and onion, add butter salt and pepper. Line muffin tin with potato mixture. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes or until lite brown. Add filing ingredients. Beat 6 eggs, pour over cups top with cheese. Bake for 13 minutes or until lite brown
