Velveeta
Chop up onion, pepper and zuchini and put at bottom of greased pan.
Top with cheese.
Scramble eggs and milk together.
Pour over veggies. Add more cheese.
Bake 350 for 1 hr.
Serve in warm tortillas with a slice of velveeta.
