    5.68 litres  diced tomatoes
    2 large  onions diced
    2  red pepper diced
    2  green pepper diced
    400 ml  canned hot peppers
    1/4 cup  vinegar
      Garlic powder, pepper and cilantro to taste

Mix everything together in pot. Cook on medium for 1 1/2 hours stirring often. Pour in sterilized jars while hot. Boil lids and cap jars.
