| 1/4 cup | confectioners sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla |
| 3/4 cup | coffee |
| 3 cups | water |
| 4 ounces | whiskey |
| 4 teaspoons | sugar |
1 chilled bowl
Beat cream, confectioners sugar, vanilla, until stuff - refrigerate
Make coffee and pour in Irish coffee mug
Add 2 tablespoons whiskey
Add 1 or 2 teaspoon sugar
Finally, add tablespoon of whipped cream mixture to taste
