| 4-oz | cream cheese, softened |
| 4-oz | diced pimento |
| 2-oz | mayo, (Duke's) |
| 8-oz | sharp white cheddar cheese |
| Salt | |
| pepper to taste |
Place cr cheese & mayo in lg mixing bowl & beat at med speed until thoroughly combined. Add cheddar cheese. Mix til combined, then add pimentos last so they don't get beaten too much. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate.
