    1 3/4c  whole-grain spelt flour
    1/2c  whole oats or, (multi-grain cereal)
    1 1/2tsp  baking powder
    2Tbsp  water. 1 1/4c rice milk
    2Tbsp  honey. 2Tbsp ground flaxseeds
    1/2c  coconut oil, (organic cold press)

1. In processor mix flour, cereal&baking powder.
2. In bowl whisk liquid with flax seeds.
3. Slowly pour liquid into dry ingredients&stir until mixed.
4. Pour into greased load pan and bake@350• for 50-55min
5. Let rest 5to10min before removing from loaf pan and serving.
