Quick whole grain spelt bread

1 3/4c | whole-grain spelt flour |
1/2c | whole oats or, (multi-grain cereal) |
1 1/2tsp | baking powder |
2Tbsp | water. 1 1/4c rice milk |
2Tbsp | honey. 2Tbsp ground flaxseeds |
1/2c | coconut oil, (organic cold press) |
1. In processor mix flour, cereal&baking powder.
2. In bowl whisk liquid with flax seeds.
3. Slowly pour liquid into dry ingredients&stir until mixed.
4. Pour into greased load pan and bake@350• for 50-55min
5. Let rest 5to10min before removing from loaf pan and serving.
