First brown one pound of chuck hamburger 80% lean. While browning, add one red onion cut into about 1/4 inch squares Brown until a little crisp, about ten minutes or slightly longer! Add cans. One mild chili beans, one hot chili beans, one diced chili style tomatoes, and one tomato sauce (8oz) , rinse out slightly and dump in water and slush from cans.
    15.5 oz  chili bean cans

Add chilli powders (2 one hot Mexican and one regular chili powder) one tablespoon of each, cumin (1/4 a teaspoon), salt to taste and Tabasco (about 1/2 teaspoon, taste it.

Bring to a boil and then lower heat to very low.
