    1 large  egg
    2 tbs  butter
    1/8 cup  skim milk
    1/4 cup  lemon juice
    1 tbs  corn starch

In medium saucepan add one cup water, add 1 Tbs corn starch, 2 Tbs. butter, skim milk, juice of one lemon and bring to boil. Remove from burner and slowly add one
