    3cups  iceburg lettuce
    5oz  Golden delicious apple
    1/4 cup  walnuts
    1/2  Plain Yogurt, low fat
    2 packets  splenda

To make dressing in a small bowl combine yogurt and sweetener. In a medium bowl add and toss all ingredents and dressing together. Serve.

Note: Other fruit can be added or substituted. Grapes work very well as does mandrine orange wedges.
