| 2 lbs | lean ground beef |
| 1 small | onion, (chopped) |
| Sauté both & drain. | |
| 2 Pks | reduced sodium taco seasoning |
| 2 Pks | original ranch dressing |
| 1 can | Lima beans |
| 1 can | kidney beans |
| 1 can | black beans |
| 2 cans | yellow & white mixed corn |
| 1 can | Rotel, (mild or hot) |
| 3 cans | diced tomatoes |
| 2 cans | hominy |
Add all ingredients to crockpot with broth and cook 4-6 hours. Do not drain canned goods. Serve over Tostitos topped with sour cream & cheddar cheese. Freezes well, too.
