Ingredients:
    6 medium  tomatillos,, (about 8 ounces), husked
    1 teaspoon  ground cumin
    1  ripe avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and diced
    1-2 cloves  garlic, peeled and minced
    1/2  jalapeno, coarsely chopped and seeds removed
    1/2  sweet onion,, (Vidallia) rough chopped
    Juice of 1  lime
    1/4 cup  water
    1 handful  fresh cilantro leaves
      Olive oil
      Salt
      Pepper

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

1. Toss the tomatillos with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place tomatillos onto a baking sheet.
3. Place into the oven roast until slightly charred, about 10 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
5. Combine the tomatillos, water, cumin, salt, avocado, garlic, jalapeƱos, onions, lime juice and cilantro in a blender and puree until smooth.
6. Refrigerate and allow the sauce to settle before serving.
