CORN LUNN |
Beat 3 eggs yolks with 1 cup sugar, ¾ cup butter.
Beat in 2 cups flour and 1 cup cornmeal, 1 tbl baking powder, ¼ tsp salt
alternately with 1 cup milk.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
Pour into buttered 12 x 9 x 2 pyrex cake pan and bake 55 mins at 350 degrees
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
