This is a Traditional Jamaican dish. It is extremely delicous because of the fresh seasonings and herb. When cooked the chicken will fall off the bone in your mouth Time On High: 2.30hrs Time On Low: 4030hrs Servings: approx. 6 Prep Time: 20 minutes Product used to create this recipe Crock-Pot® Manual Slow Cooker Ingredients:
    2 lbs.  skinless chicken thighs
    2 stalks  scallion chopped, (green onions )
    1 lg.  onion diced
    1/4  bell pepper diced
2 tspn ground jamaican pimento ( jamaican allspice)
    3 tablespoon  Jamaican curry powder, (i use blue mountain brand)
    4 sprigs  fresh thyme
    2  all purpose white potato diced
3 chopped cloves of garlic 1 tspn scotch bonnet pepper sauce 1 tbspn. blackpepper 1 tblspn season salt
    11/2 cups  water
    1 gallon  size ziploc bag

Directions:
Wash chicken and place in ziploc bag
Add all the other ingredients except water
Rub bag together to distribute flavor on chicken
Marinate for as long as overnight or cook right away
Place chicken and all the marinate in slower cooker then add the water
Cover and let cook.
