Cajun Shrimp

¼ tsp | cayenne pepper |
1 tsp | black pepper |
½ tsp | salt |
½ tsp | red pepper flakes |
½ tsp | thyme |
½ tsp | rosemary |
1/8 tsp | oregano |
3 tbl | butter |
1 ½ tsp | minced garlic |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 pound | Shrimp, 26-30 peeled and deveined |
½ cup | medium to dark beer |
Blend first seven ingredients in a small bowl. Warm a heavy large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter. Add Worcestershire sauce and blend in seasonings.
Stir constantly until mixture bubbles, then add shrimp. Cook 2 minutes. Slowly add beer. Cook an additional 3 minutes.
Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and serve immediately
