      Cake
    125g  butter softened
    1/2 cup  sugar
    1/4 cup  lime marmalade
    1/2 cup  yoghurt
    1 1/2 cup  self raising flour
    1/2 cup  pineapple juice
    2-3 tbsp  poppy seeds
      Syrup
    1/2 cup  pineapple juice
    1/2 cup  sugar

Method
Preheat oven 180 degrees Celsius line cake tin. Cream butter sugar until light and fluffy add the marmalade and yoghurt.
Fold in sifted flour alternately with pineapple juice and lastly stir through poppy seeds. Spread mixture into cake tin and bake for 40mins.

In small saucepan place syrup ingredients and bring to a boil let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

Pour over hot cake whilst still in tin, remove cake from tin when cool.

Serve with whipped cream or French vanilla ice cream.
