Source:

    2 lbs  Ground Beef
    1  Onion large
    1 tablespoon  Crushed Garlic
    1 or 2  Tomato Bouillon cube(s)
    2 teaspoons  Chili Powder
    1 teaspoon  Cayenne Pepper
    2 or 3 shakes   Worcestershire Sauce
    2 or 3  Squirts of Ketchup
    1 or 2 cans  Beer, (dark beer is better)
      Salt and Pepper to taste

Brown Beef and Onions in a pot.

Drain Beef and Onions.

Add garlic, tomato bouillon, Chili Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 squirts Ketchup, 1 can beer, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix together and let it simmer for about 10 minutes before adding anything else.

If not spicy enought and more Chili Pepper and Cayenne Pepper a little at a time.

If too dry add 1/2 of the other beer and on more squirt of Ketchup.

If not enought tomato flavor and the other tomato bouillon cube.

Cook for at least an hour, can cook for 3 or 4 hours if you want.

Freeze Chili in small containers to use as you need, should last for at least 6 months in the freezer.
