Ingredients:
2-1/2 Cups Grated Raw Potatoes
2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp. Salt
Dash Pepper
2 T. Flour
1 T. Onion, finely chopped

Method:

Mix above ingredients to-gether and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a
lightly-oiled hot skillet. Fry until brown on one side, then turn and
brown on the other side. Good served with syrup, ketchup, cheese
sauce, sour cream or applesauce.
