    5 jumbo  russet potatoes
    10 oz.  sour cream
    1 package  cream cheese
    2 sticks  butter
    1 Tbsp  garlic
      Paprika
      Salt to taste
      Pepper to taste

Wash potatoes and cube. Boil potatoes in water until they become soft. Drain and return potatoes to the pot. Add sour cream, butter, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper and use hand mixer until blended. Dump mixture into greased 9x13 baking pan and spread into pan. Place 6-8 pads of butter on top of mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake until edges are bubbly, usually 45-60 mins.
