For Pan
    2 Cups  Brown Sugar
    2 Cups  White Sugar
    1 Cups  Evaporated Milk
    1 Cup  Butter
      Margarine, alternative
    2 T.  Cocoa
    2 T.  Flour
    1 Tsp.  Vanilla

Method:
Bring to a boil.

Boil to-gether sugars, cocoa, milk and butter for 9 Minutes stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in flour. Add vanilla and beat until thick (about 4 minutes)
or so on electric beater.

Pour in greased pan and refrigerate for about 30 minutes and remove from fridge
cut.
