1 dozen 20 count peeled shrimp
    4 strips  bacon
      seasoned salt
1 doz jalapeños about 1" across
    8 oz  cream cheese

1 dozen round toothpicks

Cut the stem end off the jalapeños and deseed them. Salt the jalapeños on the inside liberally with seasoned salt. Put the shrimp in headfirst. Cram a little cream cheese in the open places around the shrimp. Cut the bacon strips in thirds, place each third over the top of the jalapeños and put a toothpick through it. Place the chile grill and put in your over at 350 degrees or in the BBQ pit for 1 hour or until bacon is done. Most of the heat will be cooked out at this point, if you want them milder, cook them longer. If you want fiery, leave some seeds in.
