    6 c.  Flour, (all purpose)
    3 tbsp.  Sugar
    2 tsp.  Salt
    2 pkgs.  Fast Rising Instant Yeast
    3 c.  Water
    1/2 c.  Milk
    3 tbsp.  Margarine

Set aside 1c. Flour, mix remaining flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in lg. bowl. Heat
water, milk, and margarine until hot to touch (125-130 f). Stir hot liquids into dry mix. Mix in reserved flour, enough to make soft dough that doesn't stick side of bowl.
Turn onto floured surface and knead til smooth and elastic (approx. 8-10 min). Cover dough and let rest 10 min. Cut dough into halves and shape into loaves.
Place in 2 greased 9*5 loaf pans. Cover and let rise in warm place til doubled in size (approx 40-50 min.). Bake @ 400F for 30 min. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
