INGREDIENTS
    16 oz (1 pint)  Coconut Rum
    1  fresh pineapple, peeled & cored OR 1 can of pineapple chunks in its own juice

DIRECTIONS

Cut pineapple into bite size chunks or open & drain can.
Place into a medium bowl w/lid.
Pour Coconut Rum over pineapple.
Cover w/lid and refrigerate for 24 hrs.
Drain, reserving Rum. Serve.

Drink the reserved Rum later or w/additional Pineapple Juice.
