1 15 oz can | corn drained |
1 8 oz carton | sour cream |
2 | eggs beaten |
1 stick | oleo cut-up |
1 box | jiffy cornbread mix |
s/p to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, put into a 9x11 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes
Bake at 325 for 90 minutes.
