Bottom Layer:
    1/2 cup  butter
    1/2 cup  coconut
    6 tablespoons  sugar
    1  egg
    3 tablespoons  unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 cup  oatmeal
    1/2 teaspoon  vanilla
    1 1/2 - 2 cups  graham cracker crumbs
Over low heat (I usually use a double boiler to avoid burning) to melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, egg and vanilla. Blend in other ingredients. Spread in a 8 x8 inch pan. Second Layer:
    4 tablespoons  butter, softened
    3 tablespoons  milk
    2 tablespoons  custard powder
    2 cups  powdered sugar
Blend ingredients together. Spread over bottom layer. Third Layer:
    2 tablespoons  butter
    2 oz.  semisweet chocolate chips

Melt together in double boiler. Spread on scenes layer. Chill and cut into squares.
