Cream Cheese Fudge

1-3 oz. pkg. | cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon | milk |
2 cups | powdered sugar |
2 squares | unsweetened chocolate, melted |
1/2 teaspoon | vanilla |
1 cup | nuts, chopped |
Combine cheese and milk, beat until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar, then blend in chocolate. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Press into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm, then cut.
I have also used this as an excellent center for dipped chocolates or molds.
