20 | asparagus spears, chopped into ½-inch pieces |
3 ounces | blue cheese, softened |
8 ounces | goat cheese, softened |
1 | egg, beaten |
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Begin steaming the asparagus; stop when it becomes a bright, vivid green.
While the asparagus is steaming, in a large bowl blend the cheeses and the egg. Toss with the cooked asparagus. Place in a shallow baking pan, covered, and bake for 20 minutes.”
