Grandmom Trigiani’s Asparagus Tips
    20  asparagus spears, chopped into ½-inch pieces
    3 ounces  blue cheese, softened
    8 ounces  goat cheese, softened
    1  egg, beaten

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Begin steaming the asparagus; stop when it becomes a bright, vivid green.
While the asparagus is steaming, in a large bowl blend the cheeses and the egg. Toss with the cooked asparagus. Place in a shallow baking pan, covered, and bake for 20 minutes.”
