Cream Cheese Mints

| 3 oz. | cream cheese |
| 1 lb. | powdered sugar |
| 1 tsp. | peppermint extract |
| food coloring |
Mix cream cheese and sugar until well mixed, will be like dough. Add peppermint and coloring. Roll into small balls, then roll balls in granulated sugar and press into mold. Unmold on waxed paper.
