1/2 EL	Butter
1	Zwiebel gehackt
350 g	Carnarolireis
2 dl	suure Moscht
1 l	Gemüsebouillon
50 g	Butter
wenig	Salz
	Pfeffer

Zwiebel im Öl und Butter andünsten, später Reis mitdünsten. Mit Most ablöschen. Bouillon sukzessive beigeben und jeweils einkochen lassen. Butter zugeben.
